About Our Service

Transportation for ambulatory passengers who can walk unassisted or with the use of a cane or walker
Transportation for wheelchair-bound passengers who need to remain in their wheelchair during transport
Provide curb-to-curb, door-to-door, or door-through-door service, following the client/patient's needs
Assist with filling out paperwork, meeting with doctors, scheduling follow-up appointments, and explaining after-care instructions
Relay information to healthcare facilities and families as requested
Assist with transferring patients to a wheelchair as requested

Driver Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
Ability to navigate using GPS and provided mobile dispatch application via smartphone (company provided)
Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or complete upon hire)
Valid California driver license and clean DMV report (no tickets, accidents, or suspensions in the last 3 years; no DUIs in the last 10 years)
Clean background check
Clean drug screening (zero-tolerance policy)
Excellent people skills
Ability to lift to 150 pounds and maneuver in confined spaces (required for loading wheelchair via a ramp and attaching securements)
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Commitment to providing exceptional service and helping the company grow
Relevant experience in senior care, healthcare, and/or transportation
Bilingual is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare experience working as an EMT, CNA, or caregiver is preferred
